What do you think we do well at St Cecilia's?
"Overall my child is very happy and I think the culture of the school is great."

"Everything is amazing, teachers always listen to parents and help , Mrs Gill teaches my son and she is amazing"

"My daughter is doing incredibly well at St Cecilias and we couldn’t be happier with the support and environment she’s receiving there. The school itself is truly outstanding—well-organised, welcoming, and dedicated to helping every child thrive both academically and personally. The teachers are caring and committed, creating a positive atmosphere where children feel encouraged and confident. It’s clear that they genuinely want each student to reach their full potential. We’re so proud of how well our daughter is progressing, and we feel very lucky to be part of St Cecilias community."

"The standard of teaching and learning seems to be very good. Expectations in terms of work and behaviour are reassuringly high and there is a clear structure to discipline that appears to be well understood by children and teachers. There are usually interesting things to look forward to each week and the music provision in the school seems to be good. There have been opportunities to represent the school in sport and music that have been inclusive and open to every child. This is excellent."

"The school helped my son integrate into the learning environment and school society with patience. after migrating to a new country he was slow in adapting but the school never gave up on him"

What do you think we could do to improve as we continue to grow?

"I have a younger child and they’re not the best at sharing their day / week. I like that we have updates in the weekly newsletter but perhaps more parents evenings / information evenings would be helpful. I would also like to see a few less restrictions on uniform, particularly the younger years."

"Communication around important events that parents attend is not great. These come out too late. I know you send dates with new letter but timings also needed as working parents."

"More choices of after-school clubs"

"Feedback more to parents on how your child is doing."

"The dismissing of the children at the end of the day is a bit of a bottle neck. Would it be possible for the gate to be opened earlier to enable parents of each class to group together at a class door. This would also avoid having to stand by the gate breathing in car exhaust whilst people parked in the disabled bays sit with their cars idling. Thanks."
